I...Hey Tim, I agree with Randy Shaw on this one. I'm not a huge fan of the mayor, though I think he and CCSF officials need to appear to be taking the high road. And obviously this is only effective if someone is taking the rogue ACCJC on directly; I don't fully understand all the legal issues but it's my understanding that the only recourse anyone has is via the courts so SF and Herrera seem to be taking the proper course. If the mayor and CCSF try to stay above the frey and at least appear to be trying to respond to the bizarre actions of the ACCJC they can presumably avoid being accused of playing politics.
